Im male, 23 from mass. My 4th time trying to get into shape. Last 3 times I did good losing 30-60 lbs, although when I reached my goal i stopped and gained it back.
I started on XMAS EVE. So far up to 1-19-12 I lost 17lbs. Lifting weights, walking, jogging, boxing, on the bike. My next weight In Is this upcoming Thursday. Hoping to weigh in at 259.9lbs or less. I feel great right now although I am overweight but I have a lot of muscle underneath this unwanted fat. My goal Is to keep busting my butt to hit 190-205lbs then bulk up.
I am motivated more then ever and I feel like this time is my time for success. I am not just doing this to get in shape, I'm doing this for a lifestyle change.
