You know the old saying "Look before you leap" I think it was someone following a diet that came up with that saying.
If I haven't logged it in before I always log it before I eat it, that way I can decide if it is "calorie worthy or not", why waste my calories on something I underestimated when there are tons of foods I also enjoy that wont send me off into eaters oblivion.
Good Luck, God Bless

I've totally been there! I got a mini blizzard awhile back because I had done good for the day and still had quite a few calories left. When I got home I looked up the nutritionals and was shocked to see that little thing still had 490 calories in it! Unbelievable!

But, now you know! Knowledge is power and I bet you won't make that choice again unless it's a tiny size blizzard.
