5. Delight - getting my hair cut today
Fruit/veggie servings - 21 out of 21 so far for Mon.- Fri. this week.
Successes for the week -
The scale was not my friend this week, showing an approx. 2 pound gain, probably thanks in large part to TOM, lack of sleep this week, and stress. However, I have kept up with my workouts as best as possible this week and done well with drinking water.
I am on target to make my fruit & veggie goal for the week after dinner tonight.
