4/8 & 4/9:
Calories: 1905, 1901 (both in range)
Water: 8 both days
Exercise: 4/8 - 69 min (ST, treadmill, .85 m walk), 4/9 - 55 min (cardio dancing, cardio, 1 m walk)
Motivation: staying within 2 pounds of my goal weight
Delight: 4/8 - good workout with my gym buddy, 4/9 - talking with a friend

exercise- 175 minutes (walk in morning and hike in late evening)
motivation- to weigh 192 lbs by may 1
delight- gorgeous afternoon so spent some time after leaving office to trim up apple trees before exercising.

Motivation-- I'm at goal weight for the first time in my life and I want to stay there, so I'm very careful what Ieat and I try to get my exercise in everyday.

Motivation: staying within 2 pounds of my goal weight
Delight: super relaxing day that included 2 massages and an acupuncture session, all provided for by my work

Successes:
- Stayed on low end of my calorie range and completed all my workouts
- Lots of good sleep and destressing
- Fit into some shorts I couldn't wear a year ago
- Multiple comments on my weight loss

Feeling pretty confident about my weigh-in on Sunday. Hopefully I'll be back down into the range that I am trying to maintain.

Fruit/veggie servings - 21 out of 21 so far for Mon.- Fri. this week.

Successes for the week -
The scale was not my friend this week, showing an approx. 2 pound gain, probably thanks in large part to TOM, lack of sleep this week, and stress. However, I have kept up with my workouts as best as possible this week and done well with drinking water.
I am on target to make my fruit & veggie goal for the week after dinner tonight.

It's Friday - time to share successes for the week!

Mine:
Started 30-day shred
Got some projects done and/or started I've wanted to do
Got my eating back in line the last few days
Walked more than usual

Not sure what's going on with my weight and really would like to see it come back down...

I updated my weight, as it's been up about two pounds for the past three days. I'm hoping it's related to increased strength training and not a "real" gain, but since I've seen it for more than just a day I'm recording it. I haven't been doing as well as far as eating goes over the past few weeks, so I wouldn't be surprised to see some gain, but I don't think four pounds in two weeks is realistic! We'll see...

This is a monthly buddy challenge that's been going on for as long as I can remember! Each day, we post an update and visit the thread to encourage and support one another. here's a sample:
