If you ate bad for a couple days then the worst you could have done was add a lb or maybe two; you have to over eat by 3500 calories to put back on 1lb...in other words it generally takes a while to actually cause damage (unless the bad food was cakes...those can really pack in the calories).

If the bad stuff was just fast foods etc then it's probably just water retention from having excess salt in your system; drink a little more water and you should go back to your previous weight in a few days.

And if you actually did gain then just get back on track and soon you'll erase the small mistake.

Btw, there are probably a lot of exercises you can do; it might be worth hiring a personal trainer or physical therapist to give you some tips. Any part of your body that you are able to move is a chance to get in some exercise, it doesn't have to be a lot of effort either just more than you do now.

I'M GAINING AND I ONLY DID BAD FOR 2 DAYS AND GOT BACK ON TRACK. I T'S SO DEPR ESSING. TYPE0'S FROM A BAD HAND, SORRY. I HAVE A BRACE. I'M DISABLE AND NORT ABLE TO EXERCISE ALOT. emoticon
