Just came back from an hour & 3 min. walk and missed the 10,000 steps by 7 steps.Like I said by March 31st. Woke up at 1:32 said my prayers, wrote SPARKPEOPLE. Started exercising at 2:33 am. ended at 4:25 started walking at 4:27 am. and finished at 5:36 am. I am determined to do this. And the "MOTIVATION " YOU ALL HAVE GIVEN ME WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN. I will try to motivate each and everyone to achieve your goals. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU & LET;S DO IT !! emoticon
