WELL GOOD MORNING !!! i AM GLAD I AM NOT ALONE THIS MORNING. Started exercising 1/2 done be done by 3:30 AM start walking till 5AM . WIND DOWN GO TO at 8 am and sleep til 1 pm and start all over again. Thank's for your post and WE CAN DO THIS !! . HAVEA GOOD DAY !!!
