I have reached my goal weight and have been on a slow climb up since but am determined to get it under control again. I know what you mean about eating something your not even that fond of. Crazy hey?

I have just been on a chocolate binge :-( ......... well .. emoticon emoticon emoticon really - LOL! My kids decided to give me heaps of chocolates and stuff for my Birthday. Unfortunately, altho' I never had a sweet tooth prior to weight-loss, I sure do now if it is in my face. My Dr told me that this wasn't uncommon - it was like the body was trying to get back to the (over)weight that I have been for years.

My rationale was this if I scoffed it all now, it wouldn't be there to tempt me later - LOL!

i have gone on a cookie binge... and the worst part is that they arent even a kind i like a lot... sigh.
