Today I did Fire 55.
breakfast- 2 egg whites & 2 slices turkey bacon on a whole wheat bagel thin.
snack- strawberry greek yogurt
snack- 1 apple w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter
I would love to share and swap recipe ideas along the way too.
