I am striving to workout 6 days a week through the end of July. Here I will post what workout I do each day and what I eat for meals. Would love to have other motivated ladies join me! :)

Today I did Fire 55.
breakfast- 2 egg whites & 2 slices turkey bacon on a whole wheat bagel thin.
snack- strawberry greek yogurt
lunch- shakeology
snack- 1 apple w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter

I would love to share and swap recipe ideas along the way too.
