hi Ali! I just signed up yesterday. I have had a lot of positive feed back. Reading the success stories really get you motivated. Makes me feel like "hey, they had the same problems I do, and they got through it." Also, looking at other peoples nutrition charts gives me ideas for meals and snacks. Those are the things that are really helping me. Good luck finding what inspires and motivates you.
