I have been doing great at following the Spark People food diet but have been really having a problem getting into any kind of exercise routine. I am kinda proud of my self that I finally at least have some exercises entered into my Trackers. Now, I just need to get with it enough to do them in such a way, it will become part of my every day routine! emoticon
