I have had such a hard time breaking my carb binging cycle. Night time seems to be the worst most weeks. I'll do great most of the day & ruin it at the end.
I had tried to not eat at all at night so I could stay at the lower end of my daily cals.Usually this always led to cravings & binges. When I really notice some severe cravings or hunger pangs I recently try something like string cheese & 1/2 apple tsp. PB ie. Those small smarter snacks really help curb the appetite, especially if they have some protein. Then I have a small ceramic tea pot. I put one green tea bag in it with boiling water ,steep for 3 min. & enjoy. It REALLY has helped to take away those cravings. Why, not completely sure, but if it helps one more person that is struggling with this same issue I'm glad I posted.
