I went out to walk today. It's so small, but after having been bedridden for a few months and then lazing around after that, walking to the end of the block and back was a victory. I was tired afterwards, but it's more than I did yesterday. Also it's day 4 of my lifestyle changes and I'm proud of myself for not giving in to the withdrawals my first two days and sticking it out to cook all my meals. I am so grateful for my husband who has been such a huge support, even if he keeps calling it a diet. Keeping on keeping on!
