Thank you for the kind words. Every day is a battle, one worth fighting. I did really well this week with portion control (except for one day) but overall I am proud of myself. Congratulations on your successes - may they continue.

good for you. I love food and want to eat it all. emoticon My inner me yells at me and tells me NO YOU DON'T! For some odd reason I have been listening. emoticon

My success today is when I stepped on the scale I was down 1 pound. Yeah! emoticon

I love Cousin's Subs, but they are so expensive I don't have them real often, so when I go I usually splurge. Today I went and ordered a whole ham (no cheese) but I only ate half, a major accomplishment for me. I know I probably shouldn't have even had that much, but for now I am proud of myself. I always eat the whole sub...always. What did you accomplish today?
