traveling and weight loss is such a difficult combination ~ limited access to healthy foods, no opportunity to exercise, etc. So you should be proud of your accomplishment! Keep up the good work emoticon

We took a small 'vacation' last week - two days in airplanes/airports, lots of hours in the car, visiting relatives, and I only regained 1.5 pounds! I am so proud of myself!!!! Total weight loss after the vacation is still 20 #.
