family and I ate at Golden Corral a.k.a. "The trough" tonight and I didn't over eat or eat fatty foods. Mostly salad, vegies and rotisserie chicken breast (w/o the skin). I'm sooooo proud of myself!! B/F I would have skipped the salad and went straight for the rolls and honey butter w/ mac n cheese and anything fried. OH and I didn't drink soda a double WOOHOO!!!!! I know it's a simple WOOHOO but this is a HUDGE accomplishment for me :))
