last night I made,
Burger over potato here what I did, 1/3 cup each (saute after measuring) onion,mushroom,red bell pepper 1/8 c chopped spinich (saute with other veggies) 4oz lean ground beef (this cooks to 3oz) spices of choice Two choices for prep. #1 make a patty the put veggies over beef with a baked potato on the side. #2 cook beef (no patty) mix veggies in with spices then pour over baked potato.
Ok folks, here is one: I am new to clean eating and pretty excited about the amazing flavors that can be experienced while slimming down at the same dang time! I am actually on the HCG diet rightnow, and have not been able as yet to download my cookbook, so what's a girl to do? GET CREATIVE YAY! Here is what I came up with: TIGER SHRIMP SALAD Tossed shredded lettuce and Mesclun, warmed pre-cooked organic tiger shrimp-quanity to taste, lemon squeeze, a dash of Mrs. Dash, and 1/3 of 1/3 of cocktail sauce, tossed and turned and sprinkled into your favorite salad bowl and wah lah! I sprinkled a smidge of parmasean and added a tomato as well and it was great. Please give it a go and feed me back!
