Ok folks, here is one:
I am new to clean eating and pretty excited about the amazing flavors that can be experienced while slimming down at the same dang time! I am actually on the HCG diet rightnow, and have not been able as yet to download my cookbook, so what's a girl to do?
GET CREATIVE YAY! Here is what I came up with:
TIGER SHRIMP SALAD
Tossed shredded lettuce and Mesclun, warmed pre-cooked organic tiger shrimp-quanity to taste, lemon squeeze, a dash of Mrs. Dash, and 1/3 of 1/3 of cocktail sauce, tossed and turned and sprinkled into your favorite salad bowl and wah lah! I sprinkled a smidge of parmasean and added a tomato as well and it was great. Please give it a go and feed me back!
