I was talking to a coworker yesterday about my sweet tooth and how I am doing so well resisting. She is on weight watchers and suggested this little treat. She said the points for weight watchers is low and she treats herself with this. She gets a box of regular cake mix, any flavor and a box of angel food cake mix and combines them in a gallon freezer bag and keeps it in the freezer. When she wants a treat she puts 3 tblsp of the mix in a coffee mug with 2 tblsp water and zaps it in the microwave for 1 minute. She said it fluffs up from the angel food cake and she puts dark chocolate morsels on top and holds her hand over the top to melt them so it's kind of like icing. She also said the other day she had carrot cake mix and a laughing cow cinnamon cheese triangle and melted it over it and it was really good...I'm going to try it soon.
