Haha. I'm not thinking that way as far as my studies go. I'm doing fine academically. I mean there are so many different things I need to change for my health (nutrition, sleep, exercise, etc.,) that I'm not sure where to start first. I tend to have an all-or-nothing approach to weight loss. But I think that's the problem. I try to change too drastically and then get frusterated and end up getting away from it.

"Can't someone just tell me everything to do, how to do it and when to do it?"

Oh boy! Nursing school is not the place for that sort of nonsense. (I work with nursing school students every day...and they either sink or swim.)

Read the website suggested, reflect on the advice friends have given you, and dive in.

When I was homeschooled in high school, I did all of my work easily and was really self-disciplined. Now that I'm an adult with a family, working fulltime, I've found that procrastination has found it's way into my nursing school life. This summer, I want to get back into a healthy lifestyle. I've read up on tips and gotten some advice from people. But have any of you ever felt like "Ahh, I don't know what I'm doing! Can't someone just tell me everything to do, how to do it and when to do it?" Haha. That's how I'm feeling right about now.
