Every day, on my drive to work, I try to find beauty in my surroundings. Given that I live in N. California, that is not really too hard. Once I have a mental image of something beautiful/wonderful, I think about what I can do to better appreciate it. Central to that is living longer and healthier. That morning routine makes the daily grind of working easier to take and keeps me from going off in the weeds, diet wise.
