That option is already available: www.sparkpeople.com/community/help_answer. asp?id=78 . However, in order to use that option, you must have your strength training tracker options set to create your own strength workout instead of using SP generated workouts.
There is a "create group" function on the nutrition tracker, which I use to group foods that I frequently eat together (like the salad I have at work).
It would be great if Spark could add a similar function on the fitness tracker. It would be particularly helpful for strength training, but also might be useful for people who do a variety of cardio exercises in a single day. It's very time-consuming to enter data for 12-20 ST exercises in a single session - I have to find the exercise in the dropdown menu and then enter weight, reps and sets - and repeat this process for lots of exercises. While my ST routines vary a bit from day to do, there is a core set of exercises that I do pretty consistently, and the reps, sets and weight change gradually (a few exercises at a time, not all at once). I'd rather save a group, and then edit a few items (e.g., 3 sets not 2).
