Unfortunately I have been content with the status quo since I am not unhappy with the way I feel right now. I want to set a new plan in motion to fine tune a little bit more. Life has been hectic as I have been in the process of moving and not enough time to set aside for me. Things are starting to settle down now, so time to be renewed!!!

Bench 100 lbs! I'm at 90 lbs now (started at 50 lbs) almost there!
Cut about 5 lbs of fat after struggling with binge eating that was caused by under eating for my activity level for such a long time. I thought I was eating enough during weight loss at 1400-1500 cals but I didn't realize how active I actually was. Had to maintain for while to rev up my metabolism and stabilize my hormones. I became an eating machine/obsessed constantly over food and couldn't stop eating. I even started sleep-eating! As a result I gained back 13 lbs of what I lost. I finally feel back to normal again but would like to shave off about 5 lbs of the 13 lb gain (but eating more during this loss). So make sure you're eating enough during weight loss! I cringe when I see other women on "1200 cal diets".

birthday is 10/2 and I have a pair of jeans I WILL be wearing on that day! I have never been able to wear them before They have the tags still on them but I have a month and a half to get down enough to be able to get them on. This will require a very disciplined 1 1/2 months! But with SP I know I can do it!
