In order of importance for me:

1) Happy marriage
2) Accountability / Self-awareness
3) Eating a clean diet
4) Setting fitness goals that I really want to achieve and striving for them every day
5) Knowing what I want and visualizing it

A relationship with God-- I choose that one first
A good relationship with others who share my lifestyle
A good healing chiropractor to get my power turned on
Lots of veggies, fruit , seeds and nuts
Follow the 5 maximized living guidelines

We all say that we want to live a "healthy lifestyle" but what does that REALLY mean??

What are YOUR top 5 things that you would include as part of a healthy lifestyle?

Mine are:
1. Clean eating
2. Consistent and challenging workout routine
3. A right relationship with God!
4. Creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with those I care about
5. HAVING FUN!
