Trackers will help you keep track of your food, protein will keep you fuller longer and teams will help you stay motivated, give you the most support and will hold you accountable. There are a lot of us who eat do to stress, you may find a team for stress eaters to join, good luck on your journey!

Hello to all! I am a brand-new rookie to Sparkpeople. I need help in losing weight. I am a retired school teacher (Special Needs) and I am caregiver to my father-in-law who has Alzheimer's disease. When I am stressed, I eat! I have probably gained about 15 pounds since I retired last May 2012. I do have a treadmill and my daughter gave me a yoga mat with video for Christmas. Basically, I just do not eat right!!! I hope I can connect with people who have some of the issues I do and we can motivate each other.
