Hi and welcome to SP! If you haven't already I would suggest becoming part of a team/teams...they are a great way to meet new people with like interests and/or goals...if you go to the top of the page, on the bar, put your cursor over the part that says community on the right. Then in the drop down box click sparkteams and then you can search for teams with like interests and goals...

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
