At first, concentrate on your FastBreak goals. Put your attention towards them, and don't try to do everything all at once.

And for support, keep visiting the message boards, and even start up with a team of people who have similiar interests to you.

Keep track of every single thing you put in your mouth, dont go over your calorie limits per day and exercise at least 30 minutes 4 times a week...thats ALL you need to know

My name is Opal and I am from Springfield. Looking for support with my Fast Break and sticking to this. I just turned 70 and still work full time. It has been difficult in the past for me to work with a plan on line. I am looking forward to a lot of support to help me stick with this program. Any quick ideas that will get me started on the right foot? emoticon
