I did alot of extra walking and 10 pushups and 10 sit ups. Some things came up so didn't get all the excercise I wanted in but tracked all my food and stayed in my range so it's a good start that's what it's about a day at a time. It's 7 pounds I need to lose to be at goal but wouldn't mind losing ten to have a little cushion for when life comes up. Have a great evening. I'm heading to work soon.

You go girl you can do it.

I have started the 28 day challenge and I really like it. I know it is hard to keep the weight off but I know you will get back to where you where and keep it off. Just stay motivated.

I hope your year turns out better. I have had a tragic event in my family also this year and have been at the hospital eating out of vending machines and I gained a few pounds back. I think when I am scared or just waiting for news I eat to have something to do instead of being hungry. But you said it in your title A day at a time thats all we can do. My prayers are with you have a wonderful day.

Hi everyone. I've been having a bit of a rough go the last little while. Some tragic events happened and I have not been eating quite right for awhile. I need to take care of myself because my family needs me. I gained 5 to 10 pounds back so it's time to get back here post and excercise. I walk alot at work so I do count some of that. I couldn't do anything too heavy today dentists orders. Tomorrow I will do total body challenge on 28 day bootcamp. I will post tomorrow and let people know how I do.
