I did alot of extra walking and 10 pushups and 10 sit ups. Some things came up so didn't get all the excercise I wanted in but tracked all my food and stayed in my range so it's a good start that's what it's about a day at a time. It's 7 pounds I need to lose to be at goal but wouldn't mind losing ten to have a little cushion for when life comes up. Have a great evening. I'm heading to work soon.
