Welcome.. what's so neat about SparkPeople is that there is lots of help to keep that "Day 2 high".... so hang in there, explore the site, and make new friends. You will achieve those goals!

Feeling great on day 2 of spark people. I love the fast break goals. I slept 8 hours, packed my lunch and exercised for 15 minutes this morning!!
