Well I've done well so far this week. I'm satisfied with the results i'm seeing. i have a goal to be down 2 more pounds by Monday (that's my biggest loser at work weigh in). I see it. And that's why I've come up with a challenge for myself and I decided to share it with you all.
You know how healthy eating and exercise seems to fall by the wayside during the weekends? Well I challenge everyone to stay in their calorie range two of the three days (Fri, Sat, or Sun) and do atleast 15 minutes of exercise two of the three days. Let's defeat the weekend for once instead of it defeating us. Anyone want to join me on this challenge?!?!?!!???!!!
