I made it as is and it came out with a crusty lumpy top and looks dry. I have made it before with regular sugar and it never came out like this. And I used a recipe book.

I'm making zucchini bread and I followed the recipe. I have made it before but now I use sugar substitute and it came out (dough) thick, like cookie batter. Is that normal. I did make a double batch and checked my recipe 3 times to make sure I did correct measurements and checked my measuring cups too. So is it fine or should I add something. Waiting to bake.....
