JHAACK39, better to reach your goal at 40 than 60! Look at it that way and you might feel much, much better about that 40 digit! Be sure to go the extra 10 so you can stake claim to that 100 number! We're into numbers today, but what the heck, it's so much fun. Never thought I could love subtraction so much!

290, down to 200 officially
(even saw a 1 as the first digit the other day after a workout, doesn't count, I know)

I want to go 10 more just to say I lost 100. And then maintain somewhere under 200.

On half my statin, hoping to eliminate altogether in 2 months. Off the water pill for BP. Hoping to eliminate the other BP med as well. Stepping down medication 1 at a time.

I even have some muscles for the first time in my life.
