I just weighed myself this morning and I am at 181! I have lost 9 pounds in two weeks. I even set my calorie range to 300 above the range SparkPeople gave me because I planned on exercising a lot more than they suggested. Even with eating more and not exercising as much as I had planned to this week the weight is just falling off. According to my scale, my body fat percentage has gone down 2% and my water percentage has gone up 1%, muscle and bone pounds stayed the same. I am so happy to be losing fat!
