Thank you everyone I do believe in myself and I know I can do this The trackers are wonderful tools to help me stay accountable each and everyday.
It feels so great having a very successful first week and gives me even more motivation and more confidence than I had before I started.
It makes we want to keep track and stay accountable to myself

I was so excited I was jumping and dancing around my house when I did my weigh in Yesterday!!!
My 3 dogs thought I lost my mind lol. But hey I was just so darn happy and Wowed.
I have never had such a huge weight loss in one week. It is my first week back on spark and man I tell you it WORKS!!!
For me the first week I was very dedicated in logging ALL the food I ate each and every day
I was working the evening shift to boot so my exercise was not what I had planned except I did take the stairs instead of the elevator 3 times a day every day. I kept within my calorie range every day and I it was worth it!!! Now its easier for me each day is easier to keep within my calories and get a little more exercise in I am on my way to living a healthy life with realistic goals!!!
