I haven't tried it, but it sounds like you could track that under kickboxing until you get your heart rate monitor.

I've started a new circuit training kickboxing type place called 9 Round. (http://www.9round.com/)

I'm loving it and I was wonder if anyone else has tried it out and any tips that you may have about how to track your workout accurately - other than a heart rate monitor which I'm saving up for.
