I have been stuck in the 150s with my weight for months now and not feeling very positive/motivated. However, today after my gym workout I took my dog out for a run. It was a great run and I felt really good while out. I was even happier however after I checked my run tracker app and saw I had been keeping about to a 9 minute mile pace! These past two months may not have seen much change in my weight but at least my cardio endurance and running performance have made gains! Woo Hoo!
