I know 7 pounds is a weird number to report success on, but it put me at 180.0! I can't wait to start seeing numbers in the 170s. Gives me so much motivation to continue on. I've also been reflecting back on the changes I've made so far and how they make me feel. I haven't had a cigarette in 17 days (longest time in over a year I've gone without one), I've had at least 8 glasses of water every day, I'm eating a healthy and substantial breakfast every day, I've increased my fiber intake, so many things to be proud of. After being stuck at 182 for a while, seeing 180.0 was enough to make me jump up and down and dance. I love that feeling and I can't wait to keep seeing results.
