Like you, I found that when I started doing it the "right way" (meaning lifestyle vs 'diet'), it felt easier than any other previous attempts!
Guess we're doing something right!

Extremely excited about my progress!!! What a motivator. I've found this time (so far, (knock on wood)) that it hasn't been difficult. I don't force myself to eat foods I don't like because it's "good for me," I eat foods because I like them. Got a long way to go, but still going strong. :-)
