Those are fantastic results! I started around the same time, and although I've lost a few inches and one pants size, I haven't lost any weight. It's great to see someone who's out there kicking butt at losing those pounds!!!!

One thing I have definitely learned here on Spark People is how gracious everyone is and how folks will reach out to each other and encourage one another. I sincerely appreciate everyone being there for me. emoticon

Great work!

I am so thrilled to hit this milestone goal......for me, this journey began on October 15, 2013 to change my life style once and for all....no more excuses....I had really hit the bottom. I have had some hiccups along the way and had to work overtime in getting rid of some "not so good" habits that I had acquired over the years - some that I thought helped me deal better with the stresses of being a single parent and working full time. I have worked really hard to overcome these crutches to get healthy and to create a new outlook and real difference in my life for the better....I am working on this everyday. Just wanted to encourage everyone out there who has a lot of weight to lose to not give up and to keep putting one foot in front of the other. I still have 40 pounds to get to goal and though it may more of a slow go from this point on, I won't ever give up on me!

Have a great day...it is a beautiful and sunshine morning and it feels great to know that Spring is just a couple of weeks away. emoticon emoticon emoticon
