Well, today I start into Month 7.
I just had to properly announce this and celebrate half a year on Spark People. It has not all been easy, though I have spent a goodly part of the time "on a roll" from the heady shot of motivation I get from all the support and excellent information. Struggles there have been (are being, will be) and I hope to address them with all the tools the program has supplied me. 41 pounds down, daily exercise, much stronger and able to climb stairs on my two feet instead of down on all fours (LOL!!) I feel slimmer
