welcome to Sparkpeople !!! Thank's for your post. Just got through with 2 hrs. exercise & 1 1/2 hrs. of walking. 10,505 steps. That is motivation. I normally get up at 1 am but this morning it was 2:33 am. But once you have a routine. . Good Luck towards your goal !!!

I went to the Dr.'s on Monday and th( I think a Woo-Hoo. since October my cholesterol dropped 80 pts. & triglyceride dropped 78 pts. I've lost a total of 59 lbs. since dieting & exercising since April 3, 2012 with 24 in. lost. I am 72 1/2 yrs. old had 2 heart attack's, so I think this is aWoo-Hoo for me. An without Sparkpeople support & motivation I couldn't have done it. Thank You All. . God Bless You All & have a good day, I know I will. For we can all do this !!!!
