To all of us trying to drop some weight. I have done this before and it worked. Everyday you must drink 64+oz of water. If you do not. You must do 10minute excercise for every 8 oz you do not drink. So if you only drink 40oz you will need to work out 30 min. Its just 6 wks and if you stick to it you will see results. I did this and in 6 wks lost 14 pounds.
