I am challenging myself to a 6 Week Challenge. I am Shooting for 2 lbs a week weight loss. I am going to be counting calories (possibly using WW points plus) and exercising at least 20 minutes a day - everyday.
Please feel free to join me. I am looking for some serious accountability. I feel like 6 weeks will get me through the stress of kids starting back to school.

I started today so end date will be 8/29.
