Since I have 2 little ones, it's very difficult for me to find time to work out between my full time job, commute to and from work, spending time w my daughters, cooking dinner cleaning. I have to get up at 430am to get to the gym or go later after 10pm. I think it's great to do it in the morning because it jump starts your day.
Have you ever tried to work out in the morning before work? I am horrible at following through with workouts after work but have found that doing it at the start of my day helps in a lot of ways. Might seems impossible but maybe not as much as you think.
Just do what I do...go ahead and get dressed up in your workout clothes and shoes...and your mind will follow your body to the gym! :)

Oh no! It's been 6 days and I have not gotten to the gym! Although I've been on track with what I eat (usually my weakness). That's no excuse. How can I get myself going after a long day at work today?? HELP!!
