I just want to be excited for a minute here. I ran my 4th 5K this year this morning... I'm 5'6 and 300 pounds and I rocked the heck out of it. I finished near the end, but I didn't finish last. I zoomed by about 10 people! And my pace time was 4 seconds faster than my last run. And you know what, no, it wasn't a good time, but I saw people staring at me on the start line, and the same people cheering as I finished. Awesome feeling! :)
