You also beat everyone sitting on the couch who didn't even try. I'm sure you inspired and impressed a lot of people. Keep up the awesome work. emoticon

Good job! I haven't run a 5k yet, but have three on the list of things to do for next year and am kind of nervous about it.

WAY TO GO!!!!!!!! Ahh, the joys of finishing another race. I love hearing how people cheer everyone to the finish. Keep up the great work. And way to get a distance PR!

Well done!

Awesome job! I'm so happy for you! Running is one of those things I'm not super good at.

I just want to be excited for a minute here. I ran my 4th 5K this year this morning... I'm 5'6 and 300 pounds and I rocked the heck out of it. I finished near the end, but I didn't finish last. I zoomed by about 10 people! And my pace time was 4 seconds faster than my last run. And you know what, no, it wasn't a good time, but I saw people staring at me on the start line, and the same people cheering as I finished. Awesome feeling! :)
