I completed my 3rd 5K in December and finished at 31:33 weighing 160 pounds. I just ran a 5K (not a race) with a friend this past Tuesday, I finished 30:00 flat. I currently weigh 157. I have an official 5K race coming up next weekend. This is to keep me motivated on training for the Marine Corps Marathon on October 30.

Oh and I am 29 Years Old. :)

I have never run an official 5k, but when I started running it too about 55 min for me to do my 5 km. My personal best on a 10 km is 53:57 so I got twice as fast with some practice.

Good running and be Careful out there

Almost a year into running, doing my first 5k competition this spring.

My will shall shape the future. Whether I fail or succeed shall be no man's doing but my own. I am the force; I can clear any obstacle before me or I can be lost in the maze. My choice; my responsiblity; win or lose, only I hold the key to my destiny.
