Good for you! emoticon

I would never have believed that I could do this but I actually ran (ok - slow jog) a 5K on February 9, 2013 in just under 37 minutes!!! Just a side note - I turned 53 on January 20th! If I can accomplish this ANYONE can! I have never been a runner, did not participate in sports in school. In fact, when I was in Jr. High, the basketball coach actually suggested that I not try out for the team - sad I know. But then again - who knew that at 53 I would actually be able to run a full 5K. Anyway - just as a source of encouragement to anyone out there thinking they can't make a change, I am here to tell you that you most certainly can! As Nike says - "Just do it!"
