So, I work with a personal trainer who specializes in boxing and today as a warm-up he had me do a 52 card workout. Each suite represents a different exercise they were: jumping jacks, burpee's, two arm swings with 22 lb kettlebell, and slams with a medicine ball. He mixed the cards up and and started flipping. Each number card was worth face value, face cards=10 and aces are 11. So 8 of hearts would represent say 8 burpees. Anyway, this is a great exercise that can even be done away from home with no equipment if you substitute swings and slams with pushups and situps or something of that sort. Took me 16 minutes which he said was very fast!! It was very hard but kinda fun too!
