I opted to not show the calories I was burning with exercise in my nutrition tracker. Instead I eat within my guidelines and any exercise calories go toward weight loss.

Hi! I'm actually working on this too. It all depends on your personal preference. People can tell you what to do but it's up to you in the end to decide what might work best for you. I have had people tell me that if I still have calories left to eat come night time that I shouldn't eat unless I'm hungry even if I am under. However, I tend to work out in the morning so even if I'm not hungry I'll personally make sure I reach my limit. If I am completely stuffed I'll consume something worth a lot of calories that won't be too filling. Like milk or peanut butter. Hope this helps!

So today I burned 494 cals with exercise. The exercise was broken into chunks throughout the day..
My SP goal tells me to eat more after putting in my exercise. So, in order to lose weight you need to have a 500 calorie deficit. I have 444-794 calories left today to meet my daily goal. Do I leave it, or eat a snack fulfilling atleast 444 cals?
I get mixed answers on eating back and not eating back. But can someone explain to me what I should do?
