Hi, everyone! I'd like to join this group, I REALLY like this challenge! SO creative, yet realistic :)

I hope you include miles on the elliptical coz I have bad knees and so I use the elliptical more often that I go running!

Thanks Jill, I really like this challenge because it lets you combine exercise's. You can track mileage on a lot of things with a GPS. I look forward to doing this again and hope more become involved.

12 miles walking for January as of yesterday, didn't walk today yet.

Hi Jill. Thanks for keeping this challenge going for the new year. I was short last year by less than 50 miles but I determined to get it done this year as I focus on consistency and getting into a routine.

And it continues!! Use this thread to track any mileage you do, with the goal of reaching at least 500 miles this year.
Everything counts- walking, running, biking, swimming, elliptical, skiing if you can track it, rowing- whatever!! Typically 15 minutes of swimming equals 1 mile.
