Hi Jill. Thanks for keeping this challenge going for the new year. I was short last year by less than 50 miles but I determined to get it done this year as I focus on consistency and getting into a routine.
And it continues!! Use this thread to track any mileage you do, with the goal of reaching at least 500 miles this year. Everything counts- walking, running, biking, swimming, elliptical, skiing if you can track it, rowing- whatever!! Typically 15 minutes of swimming equals 1 mile.
