Hello my name is soneka I just started a week ago and so far I have lost 4 pounds im very excited about that, but I have seen on some your pages were you have the weightloss ticker or tracker that post on the bottom of your pages. I was wondering how to get that on my page. Does anyone know how to do that?

I'm trying again too!! I'm 53 and over in England. Would welcome new friends to share the experience and of course genuine friendship too. My grandchildren are growing so fast i really need to be more active with them!

Hi Cyndi and welcome back to Spark!! I would search teams based on your interests and join what looks good! The key is staying active on the teams and posting to the conversations. Staying active in the discussions keeps me motivated.
Hello again, my name is Cyndi I am 57 years old and way to overweight. I have been a SparkPeople user before but never really put in a serious effort. This time I really want to do this for myself and my grandchildren, not really for them but to be able to run and crawl on the floor with them. I live in Illinois, my job is a Manager for a food chain restaurant (healthy food chain) we are always so busy and I am always running around. My problem is being motivated to exercise, by the time my shift at work is over I am so exhausted I don't want to exercised. So any suggestions are welcome. I am looking forward to getting started here. Also I would like to join a team but not sure which one any suggestions?
