It's taken me 6 months to get to where I'm drinking as much water as I am. I mostly drink it at the gym, too, so when I don't go, I don't drink as much.

It takes time, and isn't something you have to do overnight!

Writer, mother, wife, and breadwinner. I love to run, but running doesn't love me, so I'm switching to my low-impact bike.
